B. Financial and Life Management Data

The Platform functions primarily as an aggregator and tracker of your life management details. We process the data you choose to input, upload, or sync:

  • Accounts & Net Worth: Bank names, account types, balances, and credit limits.
  • Transaction Ledger: Transaction amounts, timestamps, category tags, merchant details, and whether a transaction is a debit, credit, or transfer.
  • Commitments & Subscriptions: Loan EMIs, principal amounts, interest rates, due dates, recurring subscriptions, and billing frequencies.
  • Assets & Investments: Value of mutual funds, equities, real estate, insurance policies, vehicles, and their associated maintenance details.
  • Goals & Dreams: Dream names, target amounts, milestones, and savings timelines.

C. Automated & Device Information

  • Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, page views, and timestamps collected automatically when you visit our website.
  • Device Data: Unique device identifiers, device model, and push notification tokens to send you transactional and security alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform. This includes:

  • Providing the Service: Enabling you to view and manage your financial flow, net worth, asset allocations, goals, and commitments across devices.
  • Generating Insights: Utilizing our proprietary AI Pattern Engine to analyze your transaction history, surfacing spending trends and computing your Financial Health Index.
  • Customer Support: Responding to troubleshooting requests, resolving service bugs, and helping you manage account settings.
  • Security & Authentication: Verifying your identity via OTP, preventing fraud, and ensuring authorized access to your private workspaces.
  • Communication: Sending updates about your account, security notices, and information regarding features or enhancements.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal or financial data to third-party advertisers or marketing networks. Your data is strictly private.

We may share your information only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party infrastructure and hosting providers (e.g., database providers, SMS gateways for OTP, analytical tools) who support our operations under strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Retention of Data

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
