This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and options regarding subscription billing, the cancellation of paid services, and eligibility criteria for refunds. By subscribing to any paid plan or service tier of Livonomi, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewals
Livonomi offers subscription-based access to premium features (such as multiple workspaces, expanded asset types, and continuous AI insights).
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions can be billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected during checkout.
- Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscription plans are set to renew automatically. The renewal fee will be billed to your registered payment method on the same calendar day your subscription started (e.g., monthly on the 15th, or annually on the same month and day).
- Payment Failures: If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again. If payments continue to fail, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your account to a free tier.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription to Livonomi at any time.
- How to Cancel:You can cancel your subscription directly from your app settings under the “Billing” or “Subscription” tab. Alternatively, you can contact our support team atsupport@livonomi.com for assistance.
- Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the premium features until your current period expires.
- No Partial Billing: We do not offer prorated credits or refunds for the unused days remaining in your billing cycle after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We structure our refund rules as follows to accommodate our users while maintaining sustainable service operations:
A. Annual Subscriptions
We offer a 14-day refund window for new annual subscription plans. If you purchase an annual subscription and decide that Livonomi does not fit your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer law.
B. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Since monthly terms are short-term commitments, we do not offer refunds on monthly billing events. You can cancel your subscription at any time to ensure you are not charged for subsequent months.
C. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We may issue refunds under special circumstances at our sole discretion, including:
- Technical Failure: If you experience persistent technical bugs or service downtime that makes the platform unusable, and our engineering team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- Duplicate Billing: In case you were charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a payment gateway error, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you qualify for a refund under Section 3 above, you can submit a refund request by following these steps:
- Send an email to billing@livonomi.com from the email address associated with your Livonomi account.
- Include your registered phone number, subscription invoice or order reference number, and a brief description of the reason for your request.
Our billing department will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 7 to 10 bank working days, depending on your financial institution.
